CRUDE OIL TANKS

Process

• Assess sludge bank location and depth through sonar profiling (SPOT)

• De-inventor and extract sludge through the SRS technology powered by the Ruff Unit

• Re-suspend and extract sludge banks through use of the Fluidic Nozzle system or Camera Manway Cannon

• Separate solids, oil and water though a centrifuge during transfer and cleaning processes

• Skimming and high pressure jet cleaning

• Transfer re-suspended, diluted sludge to another tank for processing through the refinery
